Barely one and half days after the leak of its upcoming UniFi PRO packages, LowYat.NET now reports that TM has come clean on those new products by officially launching UniFi PRO PLAN and UniFi BIZ PRO PLAN. As mentioned previously, the plans offer download speeds of up to 100 Mbps as well as 50 Mbps for uploads. These new products will be offered alongside TM’s existing 30 Mbps and 50 Mbps plans (both home and business).

UniFi PRO PLAN (previously reported as UniFi Advance PRO) is pretty much unchanged from the the previous leak of the brochure, with the only difference being the announcement of a promotional price for the package. With HyppTV Aneka Pack, HyppTV Varnam Pack, or HyppTV Ruby Pack, the corresponding PRO PLAN’s regular RM 329 price will see a discount of RM 30. This effectively brings down the starting price for those packs to RM 299/month until 30th June 2016. The price of the HyppTV Jumbo pack, however, will remain at RM 359/month.

The free RM 20 worth of voice calls to all national lines is still there as well for all packs (translates to 600 minutes every month). After which, calls to other TM fixed lines will remain free, while to all other lines (including mobile and fixed lines from other providers) will be charged a flat rate of 10 sen/minute. Also confirmed are the iflix and Viu bundling that will be available for free for 12 and 3 months respectively. Other freebies include the usual Installation & Activation, HyppTV Everywhere on 2 devices per account, DECT phone, and 500 MB/day of TM WiFi.

If required, customers will be able to subscribe to any of the add-ons as well. This gives users the ability to sign up to any other HyppTV packs (apart from the one that they’re already subscribing to) from as low as RM 30/months. There’s also a Security & Surveillance option that comes at a promotional price of RM 65/month, as well as the Home Gadget Protection option from RM 15/month.

Business users opting for the BIZ PRO PLAN can also see a discount during this promo period, but with a slightly lower amount of RM 20. With the discount, the price for the biz plan now starts at RM 379/month and this will be available till end of June as well.

The plan comes with free Simple Voice Plus 70 (currently an add-on) for 24 months that gives RM 70 worth of voice calls to local lines, including fixed and mobile numbers. Once the allocation has been used up, subscribers will pay nothing for calls to all fixed lines, irrespective of the provider. Another important point to note is that TM is touting the Dynamic IP as a benefit when it should not. Perhaps they meant fixed IP, but we’ll find out soon enough when BIZ PRO PLAN comes online. But one real benefit of the plan is TM’s promise of a 12-hour restoration time during office hours. Standard freebies such as Installation & Activation, DECT phone, and 500 MB/day of TM WiFi have also been included.

Looking at Add-ons for the BIZ plan, TM is now offering a new IDD option where subscribers will be able to get the best rates, from as low as 20 sen, to 8 countries for RM 30/month. Unfortunately, it is not stated whether the monthly payment can be used as credit for those IDD calls or if it just serves as an access fee. Otherwise, HyppTV Biz, SecurePay, SurePay POS, as well as Security and Surveillance options are all here. The only thing missing from this bunch is the Office 365 option.
